Quick lobby time. The staff are very gentle. The care that they gave my animal was exceptional. The lobby had small kittens that were up for adoption. The only thing that I had a problem with (hence the 4 stars) is the overnight care. I had dropped off my cat to be spayed, and when I went back to pick her up, her cage had dried up vomit in the bottom. They didn’t bother to clean it up before I picked her up. Makes me wonder about what the operation was like.
I had a client years ago that I sat w/ during the day, when I worked doing home health. He would treat her furkids no matter what, & she made monthly payments to him. He never turned her away based on $$, he even came to her home when her dog (I hate calling it that bc it was more like child to her than just an animal, she never had real children of her own) had to be put to sleep, & he returned her furkid in a beautiful urn!! He is very compassionate to the animals he treats, he is not out to charge an arm & a leg at the parents expense, & for that I recommend him to everyone I know!!
